Brody's Baby Shower

We gave my oldest sister Michelle a baby shower in August to help her prepare for baby Brody! My mom always makes us baby blankets and here are some of them. Above is the MU attire and below is a fun monkey blanket.

Below is the baby quilt that will match his room that my mom made. Beautiful:)

Martha Stewart is her nickname for a reason. Here are the cupcakes and cookies that mom also made. They tasted great and the cookies were sooo cute!

We cannot wait for Brody to get here. Michelle goes in for a c-section on September 29th I believe, but from what I here back home she has dropped and may not hold him in there til then. His due date is October 9th but there is no way she would carry it that long. She's about to POP. So exciting!

They are growing fast

Grant just being Grant. He got all dressed up for no reason in his suit and was being his goofy self by acting like he had a lot of cash. He was throwing his 2 dollar bills all over the room. Had about 12 dollars total so he said he was rich..........I guess rents on him this month:) He is his father's son......goofballs

Ryan started crawling back in June and has really worked hard on pulling himself up on all the furniture. The only problem is he hasn't learned how to fall yet. He falls backwards with full force and cracks his head on the hardwood floor. Ouch! We thought it would be funny to put Grant's Karate head gear on him to see if it would help out. While it did cushion the fall......Ryan HATED it. Cute pics out of it though.

JR and Grant had a lot of fun running around on the 4th of July before the fireworks show at Fort Lewis. Ryan and I sat back and laughed at them chasing each other around. Soon there will be two little boys chasing daddy!

Fun at the Dvonch's

 The men had a blast getting reconnected and the women all sat and played with the babies. Ryan had a lot of fun being licked by their lab mix Lacey. We had a lot of fun hanging out:)
